Before Project Initiation

  • If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on administrative or transaction fees.

Delayed Project Start

  • If we fail to initiate your project within the agreed timeline, you may request a refund.

Non-Delivery of Services

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Once the project has started and work is in progress
  • After delivery of initial concepts, drafts, or strategy
  • If delays are caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed revisions are delivered
  • Services such as SEO, paid ads, and marketing campaigns once execution has begun

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed:

  • If a project is canceled midway, charges will be applied for the work already completed
  • Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded after deducting applicable costs

5. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation at any time by contacting us
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the project stage and work completed

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client fails to provide required information or cooperation
  • There is a breach of terms or inappropriate behavior
  • Payments are delayed or not completed

In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed work.


6. Subscription & Monthly Services (If Applicable)

For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or PPC:

  • Clients must provide written notice (e.g., 7–15 days) before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period

7. Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute. We are committed to finding fair solutions and maintaining positive relationships.


8. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted
